Given Service on 24.07.2023 for general service commited for 6000 rs (Offer Price) next day delivery, But they called and charges as 7500 we asked the break up amount but he is not able to explain he disconnected and called me and informed 6000+28% tax is enough to pay i dont know how suddenly price dropped if we have not asked the break up might we have fooled their.Again they asked for Insurance claim we said ok and he intimated us to wait for three day that is they need to deliver on Friday but again they rescheduled on Saturday, Again rescheduled on Sunday (They never give us call each and every time we need to call for the Delivery)This time i preferlly asked how could deliver on Sunday(Mr.Mohan has intimated they are doing priority service for us) we waited for whole day but failed no one called us agin Monday commited not done, Again Tuesday 4PM commitment we got permission from office and waited till 9PM again called to that Mohan he is cooly answering as he is in Permission so missed to deliver but on Wednesday ie Today will be deliver on 10am with out fail again we wasted our day by 11 i have given call to him again he said sorry but i came to know that speaking to him is not usable so i asked him to connect with the manager but only answer NO by 12 i got a call from a lady stating WHY CAR IS PICKED BY YOU shocked to Hear i asked her to connect to Manager but the answer NO .By 3 again i called him now he is saying some Fitting problen is in the car so will be delivered after One and half hour, Some one has connected as manager but not sure he is a Manager again and again asking sorry not a solution we never expect this type of service from TATA.Still no one called on Delivery Adress that is the saddest thing here.Again by 5 pm got a invoice on stating need to pay 2572 only for insurance when we asked for the break up they intimeted 1000rs for Processing(Which we understand) 1572 for cleaning awe escalated alreday we have paid around 7000 for cleaning again y i need to pay 1500 extra they waivered of 1500 now.Actually if i said yes around 3000 i lost they are fooling teh customers.Asked for GST copy not provided till 5.30
