My car hand break are not working properly. The car doesn't stop when we pull the hand break. I have taken the car the workshop several times but they just tight the wire of the hand break it works for 2-3 days again it comes to same problem. Few month latter i had taken my car to dhingra motor, the service adviser told me that they will replace the handle of the hand break. But the part was not available. I had gone many times to the workshop to confirm that the part is available or not. But it was not available. It had been 2 month still the part is not available. Such a poor service. They always tight the wire of hand break and say there is no problem and you will not face same problem again.
I want you to take strict action against dhingra motors. I want to get the whole hand break assembly replaced under warranty. If not done so i will take this matter the consumer court.
