Please refer the trailing mail.
On dated 1st september 2019, i visited the sab motors at patel nagar and after negotiations with mr. Ravi, a refund of rs 12128/-
Was assured to me for the wrongly quoted the price of said tiago by the executives of sab motors.
In this respect i also submitted the request letter for refund.
Though till date refund not given to me.
Hence, now i have no choice to reach the legal authorities to pursue my case through consumer court after 1 week of this mail.

I have purchased the car on cash payment and paid rs 5, 79000.00 (Five lakh seventy nine thousand), and in exchange a tata nano lx, which was valued rs. 34000, exchange offer rs 10000, and dealer discount - rs 5000.
As per my calculation i was authorized for rs 6, 28000.00. The dealer has refunded me rs 10000. Now balance was rs 6, 18000.00.
The car chasis no. Mat626298kke39452. Was given to me and invoice raised on 31st may 2019.
As per my knowledge the ex showroom price at ghaziabad for the particular car was rs. 5, 59, 000.00 in the month of may 2019, though the sales executive proposed following which was not correct:
On 11th may 2019, sales executive given a proposal for the tata tiago xza 1.2 p as per following:

I received the invoice of 31st may 2019 and as per invoice no. Isboga[protected], chassis no. Mat626298kke39452, engine no. Revtrn02epyk48384
Unit price - rs 434101.00
Concession - 26261.00
Unit price after concession - rs 407749.00
Sgst 14%- rs 57097.60
Cgst 14%- rs 57097.60
Gst cess 1%- rs 4078.40
Total tax - rs 118273.60
Gross total - 526113.60
Adjustment amount - rs 0.40
Grand total - rs 526114.00
I received insurance of car insurance - rs 22490.00 however, it was promised for rs 3999 by the sales executive in the deal.
I received the rc of the vehicle and road tax - rs 44800 vide receipt no. Up 14 d [protected]. (Though receipt not given to me). The cost of the vehicle was given in the rc is rs 559990.00
On comparing above, it is submitted that the dealer has charged me higher side and projected wrong ex showroom price during making my mind to purchase the car.
The difference of actual ex showroom price and projected/charged by sab motors is rs 580900.00- rs 599990= rs 20900
The difference on zero dep insurance charge — rs 39861- rs 22490.00= rs 17371
The difference in registration charges - rs 53072- rs 44800= rs 8272.
Excess projected by sab motors - rs 20900+17371+8272= rs 46543.00
I have received the proof of payment as per following:
1. Invoice rate - rs 526114.00
2. Insurance - rs 22490.00
3. Rto - rs 44800.00
Total rs 5, 93404.00
Difference - rs 6, 28000.[protected]= rs 34596 (Excess charged by sab motors) — "a"
Following may be considered as handling charges rs 6500 (But proof not given) — "b"
Insurance for rs 3999 was promised by the sab motors and charged rs 22490 hence difference rs 18491 (Additional charged) — "c"
Now, actual refund to be made to me is rs "a" - "b"+"c"= rs 46587 —
I have received a refund of rs 10000
Now i am requesting for balance amount of refund rs 36587.00
Kindy redress the issue and direct sab motors ghaziabad to refund the balance amount rs 36587.00
