Tata Motors — How can customers trust Make in India when Tata Motors cars fail without warning?

I want to share my horrible experience with Tata Motors so others are aware before buying.
My new Tata Harrier broke down suddenly on a highway with my family — no warning, no check light, nothing!
The reason? A battery fault — but the shocking part is, no dashboard warning or signal appeared!
We called Tata RSA immediately. The tow vehicle arrived after 6 HOURS. Six hours stranded on the road with no proper help.
If a new-age “smart SUV” can die without a signal, and customer support takes hours to respond — that’s not innovation, it’s negligence. In a modern SUV packed with sensors, not showing a simple low-battery warning is unacceptable.
This is the kind of “after-sales service” Tata Motors gives even when the car is under warranty. Truly disappointing.
