Hi Team,
I visited Tata showroom in Arekere Bangalore to book Nexon but later by hearing reviews on Harrier I cancelled by booking and booked Harrier with huge expectation. But my life is been made miserable after buying such a big fish.
I noticed some noise in my suspension within a month of purchase and I reported the same at service centre, three times they played fool around me stating the issue is been fixed but it was never addressed. Atlast when I said to replace my vehicle or take back the issue was taken seriously and changed the suspensions.
Now again the same issue and am really frustrated now, my vehicle is really treated for trial and error and I want this to be fixed permanently or else I am going for consumer court. I have invested my hard earned money by trusting Indian brand and that decision is been taken for granted. Are you trying to convey me that Tata motors doesnot have efficient engineers to identify the issue and fix it or they doesnot care for customer grievances?
I have not bought any second hand vehicle to keep traveling to service centre reporting annoying issues, if a faulty vehicle is delivered please take back the vehicle instead of giving false promise.
I expect a honest reply on this email before I take any step towards settling this matter in court.
