From the first day I’m facing jerking issue and same was always reported to your Authorized Service Centre. But not get any solutions till date now may car is running around 115000 KM and the extended warrantee is also going to expire. I have left my car two times more than week time with your Authorized Service Centre M/s Malwa Motors, Jahangirpuri, Delhi. The issues also feel by Mr. Gurmeet Singh along with his Senior Technical person Mr. Shamsher while the driving test and also some one others technical person also. But one Person Mr. Bhanu is denying that there is a no such issue.
I have also met many times to escalate my problem with Mr. Gurmeet Singh @ [protected], Mr. Bhanu @ [protected].
Also get a change to Meet MD of Malwa Motors during my last service and explain my issue.
After such efforts I’m not getting any solutions. I’m requesting to Tata Motors, please let me know is this problem can be solved or not. If not, I can just sell my car and buy any other brand car.
