From N. P sadasivan nair Manusadanam Kunnamthanam, Tiruvalla, kerala pin:689581 Dear sir/madam, We had purchased a nexon xz+ (Petrol) and was delivered to home on 7th june 2018. Insurance policy was taken on 06th june 2018 prior to temporary registration on the same day. Dealer has charged inr 40, 000 towards insurance in the previous month and is denying the jine month offer, saying your billing was done in may. If insurance also was taken in may, i would not have asked for it. But, insurance policy was issued on 06th june 2018. This is quite unfair & totally unacceptable to a customer like me. Kindly do the needful from you end. Expecting your cooperation at the earliest. Vehicle details: Chassis no:mat627262jla03521 Policy number:[protected] valid from 06/06/2018 till 05/06/2019.
