I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration with the recent breakdown of my new Tata altroz xz diesel car, which occurred within just one year of purchase. My car got breakdown on july 2.The breakdown incident necessitated immediate towing of the vehicle to the nearest authorized service center, KVR Tata Palakkad, Kerala. Since then, my car has been in the workshop till now.The service person saying that they have to replace some parts within the geabox.causing significant inconvenience and disrupting my daily routine. I have been subjected to numerous hardships due to the unavailability of my car, including increased transportation expenses, missed appointments, and compromised personal and professional commitments.
Furthermore, I would like to highlight that the breakdown occurred despite adhering to all prescribed maintenance schedules and guidelines outlined in the owner's manual. It is disheartening to witness such a critical failure in a new vehicle, especially when I had placed my trust in the reputed Tata Motors brand.
Given the circumstances, I request the following actions to be taken promptly:
An immediate resolution to the mechanical issues plaguing my car, ensuring that all necessary repairs are carried out to restore it to a reliable and safe condition.
Compensation for the inconvenience and financial losses I have incurred as a result of the breakdown, including the costs associated with alternate transportation arrangements, missed appointments, and any other related expenses.
Assurance that necessary steps will be taken to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future and to maintain the quality and reliability that Tata Motors is known for.
In the event of an unsatisfactory resolution or lack of response, I may be compelled to explore further options available to me, including seeking legal assistance and notifying consumer protection agencies. However, I sincerely hope that it does not come to that and that we can find a mutually agreeable solution.
