Tata Motors — Manufacturing Defect in Tata Harrier 2021

On dt. 07/06/2021, I purchased a brand new Tata Harrier from your dealership M/s. Arvind Auto Sales, Agra. Upon driving the car, I discovered some annoying & irritating noise in the engine or suspension & gear box of the car.
I am very disappointed and shocked from what happened and I find the situation very irritating. New cars simply don’t do that.
While I do understand that manufacturing errors do happen, still I can’t comprehend the fact that the car was not tested before handover BY ARVIND AUTO SALES. This is not the type of product I would have shown & expected from a manufacturer of your size and reputation.
I demand replacement of car OR refund as well as compensation for the waste of my time and money.
Enclosed with this letter are copies of bill and other related documents for your reference. My expectations are high; please don’t disappoint me again.
