Tata Motors — My car's extended warranty is not provided to me

I have purchased Tata car from Kropex Auto Pvt. Ltd, Bengaluru in June-2022, and I paid Rs.33000(Rs.17000 was excess amount what I paid for car + Rs.16000) for 3-years extended warranty at that time itself. I have attached invoice as well as payment details in attachment. And I was under impression that my car has 5-years warranty(2-years company provided + 3-years extended warranty for what I have paid Rs.33081).

Then, in month of may-2025 break down happened in my car and I went service centre there I got to know about that my car's extended warranty is not there. And I keep trying to connect Kropex Auto team but no response from them I have attached emails also, even I sent email to TATA motors customer care also but no response from them. So, I had to pay Rs.17124 for the replacement of engine part. Again in June-2025 I had to pay around Rs.5500 extra other than routine service charges for engine part replacement. So, I have paid Rs.22624 from my pocket which should be covered under warranty for which I have already paid while I bought a car. I have attached service invoices also.
So, my complaint is I want my car's extended warranty for 5-years and the money for parts replacement which I have paid.
One more complaint is there which I have mentioned in email also that they not provided me HSRP number plate, I am using normal number plate, if I get fined for that then I Kropex has to pay that amount also to me or provide me HSRP number plates for which I have contacted multiple times with their Team lead/Sale Executive but they have not provided me that as well. I have talked over call with him and his colleague but also have some chats regarding this which I have attached.
