Tata Motors — Nano AMT kit faulty

I have purchased my Tata Nano 6yrs back but I have driven 18000 kms only n had maintained well but from last 1 year having issue with AMT kit. Vehicle doesn't start..The AMT is not sensing weather it's in neutral or not..I have taken etended warranty from Tata but no help, issue is not solved and now they say Amt kit has gone wrong and that needs to be replaced, cost would be around 1lakh.. The vehicle manufacturing has issues n Amt kit is major part in vehicle and that has gone wrong n, no one is helping us from Tata to get it repaired? Last 1 yr am having trouble with Tata service .
Please help me to get it resolved with best solution as the AMT kit should not have issues so early for just 18 thousand kilometers. This is an manufacturing defect . Need some resolution on this issue as the part replacement is too costly .Tata motors need to understand that customers are loosing trust on Tata vehicles.
