Myself dr. chiranth from bangalore, have purchased tata nano twist xt latest model from prerana motors rajajinagar, bangalore in august 2015.
Compliant:
1. seat cover was fixed in an irresponsible unskilled way: it was torn, and when i enquired about it in the branch from where i purchased, they said accessories will be fit in labhag road branch its not our mistake so u have to contact them itself in a very irresponsible way. i stay in nelamangala, and to reach there i have to waste 5 ltrs of petrol to and fro from my place to solve the problem which is due to their mistake, and the complimentary petrol coupon what they gave me was spent on this itself.
2. the seats were rusted/ complaint raised/ no response: yes the brand new tata twist xt/ gen x, which i bought was a new car but with old rusted seats, i got to know this when the torn seat cover was removed to replace and i could see the rusted neck rest and rust in the hinges of the seats too.. i raised this issue the same day itself, rajajinagar prerana was irresponsible, i raised the issue during first service also, the said they wil get back and no one replied, i raise dthe issue during second service too.. mr. bettaswamy in peenya workshop promised to change the seats and he said he would call me in two days and no one called me back... next month it will be almost a year... and tata motors have given me a worst experience for my first car.. and i am totally frustrated by their irresponsible service
I want this issue to be resolved at the earliest and my loss should be compensated
