Tata Motors — New tata harrier - starting problem

Dear Tata Motors Team,
This is regarding the tata harrier i purchased on 20th December 2020 from Gokulam Motors Kochi, Please note just 2 weeks after purchase i had 3 breakdown and hence 3 times a service engineer/road rescue was called to start the vehicle, please note first time we suspected that the battery got drained due to glove box lights which may have been turned on, further vehicle was started using jumper by road rescue team, two days after this again the battery drained out by itself again the same proceedure was repeated, but the service technician from TVS who was send by TATA motors suggested to take the vehicle to TATA service station and get the vehicle checked as there was a engine check sign on the console, i took my vehicle to GOKULAM TATA service station in COCHIN and got it checked, the service engineers over there had a check on the battery and said the battery not in good condition hence has to be removed and charged separately, i was given a spare battery which was fully charged temporarily to use till i receive a new battery or the same battery rectified, 4 days after this incident again my vehicle failed to start, again the tata service station technicians(GOKULAM TATA) were contacted who now informed me that this might be due to the temporary battery which was fixed on my vehicle which might not be in good condition and he could now install the original battery back which is now fully charged,
Tata Service technician now again attended the vehicle and my original battery was now fixed back gain and was able to start the Vehicle.
Please note that i had purchased this TATA HARRIER full option and i had 3 breakdowns in 3 weeks and had missed a very important occasion in my family due to this breakdown.
Please also note that on delivery of this vehicle the roof part of the vehicle was dirty and also a slight dent was observed on the bonnet of the vehicle.
PS: i have not yet registered my vehicle and i dont have the confidence to take this vehicle out due to the current condition.
