Tata Motors — New Tata Nexon Engine Overheating

Tata Nexon’s engine is overheating.
Bought this car on 25 April 2023 in Ranchi from Basudeb auto.
Car not starting after running for sometime.
First time in June, it didn’t start in the morning, called emergency response team- they said fan not running, manually started the fan.
Again few days later it didn't start - Aman technician from Kraft showroom checked it, and said to use only 1 foot to avoid pressing clutch and accelerator together, he said it was damaging the gear box and causing overheating which was stopping the gear to come down to neutral.
Within this time noticed that there was overheating also, hot air coming from ac vent. Car has already been to service centre twice due to same issue.
Now again on 11 August 2023, we are facing the same issue. Hot air is coming out from the AC vents and engine fan is not working.
