[Resolved] Tata Motors — not refunding my loan and booking amount | |||
I have booked tata tiago xz+ in Ocean blue colour on 9 oct 2019 at shree vasu automobiles, Meerut & sbi bank dispatch the loan amount to dealer on 23 oct 2019. They said they will give car in next week but till today they unable to give car not in blue or grey colour. Now, I don’t want to do more communication with them. I make up my mind to cancel the booking because they are unable to give car so i raised a cancellation request for the same on 31 oct 2019 and submit the application in the dealer office . I want my booking and loan amount as soon as possible with a letter that the dealer will not able to give the car. I have to submit this letter in sbi bank to closing my loan account. please have a look on this matter. Its very urgent because loan interest will increase day by day on us otherwise i will claim to tata company if they delay my cancellation process. Please have a look on this matter.
