[Resolved] Tata Motors — recurrent problem in music system harman in tata zest xms rj 20cd/5914 since beginning. | |||
Dear sir, My company shriram ferlilizer & chemicals is a regular customer of tata motors for purchase of new car for employees. My company has purchased a car tata zest xms rj20cd/5914 in july 2015 and assigned to me. I am facing a repeated problem in music system harman fitted in tata zest xms rj20cd/5914 since beginning and the details are as under:- (1) the tata zest xms rj20cd/5914 was purchased in july 2015 from chambal motors kota, rajasthan from my company shriram fertilizers & chemical, kota, rajasthan and same car has assigned to me. (2) there was a problem in music system (Harman) since beginning and two time new harman music system unit was replaced i. E in year 2016 and 2017. (3) during the 2nd replacement of music system unit, i had discussed with mr. Sunil kumar (General manager workshop, mob. No. [protected]) and (Mr. Anirudh workshop manager mob. No. [protected]) chambal motors kota, rajasthan that if this problem happen after the warranty then how i will do. Then they told me that it will not happen and if it will happen then we are here and we will manage. (4) again the same problem in harman music system occurred in 2nd jan 2019 and accordingly shown to chmabal motors kota rajasthan workshop. But till date there is no any intimation came from the chambal motors kota, rajasthan. It’s a very unfortunate that a company like tata motors is not taking care of its customers.
