Team...Need Help. I have booked Tata XZ+ day before yesterday (Sunday Jan 17th) from TrueNorth, Mayapuri (booking receipt attached) and due to some personal reasons I need to cancel my booking. I called the sales person who has now mentioned that 3k will be deducted as Cancellation charges. I had requested him that it's just a matter of 1 day of booking and you are deducting the money. As per him this is as per Tata policy which to my understanding is not. Tata gives 100% refund if booking cancelled within 3 days. Please help.
