[Resolved]  Tata Motors — refund of booking amount given for tata nexon

Recently i have booked a tata nexon xm (Petrol manual) from concorde motors (India) limited (Akshardham, delhi-110092) by giving an advance of rs. 11, 000/- on 21 february 2019. Further, i requested for glassglow grey color, which this outlet fails to deliver.
Now, i would like a refund of my rs 11, 000/- as another tata authorised dealer promised to give me the same at a better rate for which i had also dropped a mail and intimated the sale executive (Mr. Neeraj thakur) also on 13 march 2019, but still i haven't receive any refund. Further, when i tried reaching mr. Neeraj thakur, he refuse to pick up my call.
Also, at the time of booking he didn't mention about any cancellation charges, but when i intimated him about refund of booking, he told me that he would charge rs 3000 as cancellation charge (Which wasn't mentioned at the time of booking).

After almost 1 month of lodging my complaint, i get my full refund on 16th March 2019. Very happy with follow up process.

Team...Need Help. I have booked Tata XZ+ day before yesterday (Sunday Jan 17th) from TrueNorth, Mayapuri (booking receipt attached) and due to some personal reasons I need to cancel my booking. I called the sales person who has now mentioned that 3k will be deducted as Cancellation charges. I had requested him that it's just a matter of 1 day of booking and you are deducting the money. As per him this is as per Tata policy which to my understanding is not. Tata gives 100% refund if booking cancelled within 3 days. Please help.
