Tata Motors — Request for compliments.,

We've bought new Tata Tiago XT petrol yesterday. Actually we impressed a lot with this newly launched car from Tata motors. After complete settlement of the payment, the vehicle was delivered to us. We didn't bargained with the dealer, "Tafe Reach" Erode for price negotiation. Actual paid amount is around Rs.5.5lakhs. But only thing that we're not convinced is, we didn't received even a single rupee compliment from the Tata car dealer Tafe Reach, Erode. We're already owning Figo & i10 and during delivery of those cars, we received gift compliments worth Rs.3000/- . Those car dealers are in same Erode. But yesterday, while delivered our new car Tiago, we didn't get even a car perfume as compliment. We really dissatisfied with this purchase. This is our request & not complaint. We're spending some lakhs of rupees, you must make your customers happy while delivering new vehicles, that is possible only by giving compliments. We're still waiting for that. If no response for our request, then we can't recommend Tafe reach to anyone, b'coz that bad impression is still murmuring our hearts.
