Respected Sir,
I have purchased TATA ZEST XT (Top Model) in Jan. 2015 from Pandit Auto Pimpri Pune with Reg. No. MH 14 EU 0548, in Oct 2016 one of Alloy Wheel (18 Spoke) was damaged and immediately I approached to Pandit auto Pimpri Pune to provide me new Alloy Wheel (18 Spoke) and even if repeatedly request made from Oct 16 proper response not received from them and always told by them that the said Alloy Wheel is not available in stock and will be intimated after available of the same . however in July 2017 I approached to Panchajanya Auto Pune since July 2017 they also told the same, that the said Alloy Wheel is not available in stock and will be intimated after available of the same and till date I have not got the same and since two year I am unable to drive the car for long trip it can be ensure from cars meter reading as the kilometer reading shows on date is 4750 only after lapse of 4 year.
In this connection please refer to my Complaint No. 1- [protected] dated 02/10/2018 under which I have lodged complaint but till date the problem has not been resolved yet.
Due to attractive looking of Alloy Wheel (18 spoke) I Purchased the Top Model Of Zest i.e. ZEST XT and now due to non availability of the said wheel purpose of the purchase of the car is not fulfill.
Complaint has been e mailed to customer care service and suggested me to contact with GM panchajanya residency however after contact GM of panchajanya also told that the said wheel is not readily available.
It is requested to kindly look in to the matter and arrange me Alloy Wheel 18 Spoke from TATA Motors as an early date and resolve the problem.
