Tata Motors — Service issues | |
I having tata nano car..i gave my car service to Tata authorised TAFE ACCESS service centre in Erode on march 1st week.Doe to corona lockdown there is some delay to deliver my car..I gave my car service for the reason of over heat in radiator problem.At once they started the service related to temperature issues..First the service advisor told me that have to change theradiator fan..The problem wasn’t solved .And then he chaged the radiator hose and the hose slot was rusted so they gave it to the lathe workshop..After that the temperature issues doesn’t solved.Then they decided to check the wiring kit and then waterpump etc etc...At once he said when i gave my vehicle to the service the cost of service would be around 10000/- to 12000/-.But the time of delivery he simply said the cost of service is 32000/-..Where there is no proper information about the cost of service and simply they changed unnecessary things I stead of defective issues...In today (July 4 ) tafe access service advisor called me the service was completed successfully come and take the vehicle...When am going to take my car then I noticed some issues like following simple things which is not properly checked my service advisors or service experts...Power window connections and central locking connections was totally dismantled in my car and their answer is simply packed my power window unit and central locking unit in a box...I asked why u cannot do that.. They replied there is no wire provision to connect those lockjng systems.. The thing is Wiring technician is upto the mark...Hatsoss Tata and tafe acces..I never expected this kind o[censored]seless service in my 9 years of Tata car service history.. And the service team tackling very intelligently... 1 Headlight connection 2. Rear Bannet screws(It looks like no screws) 3. Driver seat adjustment knob(Which thrown on the dash board) 4. Charging port (Total wiring disconnected) 5. Power window not working( if i need to pay in the Highway toll i have to open the door get down.. pay and then get into the vehicle.. 6. Central lock not working... ... The final conclusion is very worst service...worst tafe access... I attached the photo in your service centre after the vehicle was ready to deliver said by your service team... and then they tighting the screws headlights noticed by me..they took almost three hours to wait..and then i decided to take my vehicle next day... I never suggest anyone to take a new tata vehicle like this kind of service available hereafter...
