Tata Motors — TATA ALTROZ/ Delay in delivery from service | |||
Dear Sir, My altroz car got damaged n 31/10/2020, i had gone for repairing of car on 2/11/2020. I have cleared and submitted all documents related to my car insurance and zero depriciation insurance. M file was cleared on the same day of submission. They had said you can take delivery of your car in 4-5 days. I have waited for 4-5 days and called after that they had said the car parts were not available at the moment. They told me to contact store manager of Multitech motors llp faridabad haryana (tata motors), I contacted with the manager, they said me to wait for another 3-4 days. I waited again and contacted with them again. They are still giving baseless reason of delaying of my car. I have contacted with them again and again, they are just wasting my time. They don't have any replaceable parts which are gonna replaced with the damaged one. I am fed of being misguided and false promises from the store manager. I have never face such kind of difficulty in my life. I sometimes think of never purchasing any car of tata because of poor services and false promises. If i have something to rate on your services.
