Tata Motors — Tata Altroz delivery delay | |||
Dear Sir, I have booked tata altroz on 18th Oct at SP Vehicles Tata Motors, Vadodara. According to commitment vehicle was supposed to deliver by 11th November. Till date more than 40 days gone. Still I am waiting for allocation. Kindly look in to the matter. I would like to suggest below proposal to avoid such obscurity in process of booking to delivery. I suggest to implement order tracking mechanism just like flipkart, Amazon to keep customer aware of product delivery status every day. This will help (1) retain and improve customer satisfaction and trust towards Tata Motors regarding timely product delivery. (2) limit any allocation manipulation by dealer. (3) this will be first of its kind customer satisfaction tool in domestic automobile sector.
