[Resolved] Tata Motors — tata harrier fraud case | |||
Sir / mam I am your customer and i bought tata harrier top model car on 12 dec 2019 from sparsh autotech dwarka I am extremely sorry to inform you that this person is a fraud and has cheated upon me for the sum of rs 1900000 I have been facing alot of trouble since 11-12-19 a day before delivery because their staff members were cheating with the ceo to earn handsome amount of money The date of delivery of the car was 12-12-19 morning 1 pm We were calling them since 10:30 am and the staff kept on saying us to wait and not visit the showroom Lately 3 pm they told us that delivery is not possible because they were not aware of the fact that date of delivery was today To which we demanded that either u deliver us the car or else return our money back They kept on lingering this and 5 pm they called and said us to visit the showroom and that car could not be delivered We demanded our money back and reached showroom by 6 pm We were asking for the refund and then apparently ceo mr alok came into picture and said that he wouldn’t return this money Rather he will deliver the car So 9 pm they decided to ready this car and delivered car to us 9:30 pm without any bill or insurance They told they have alreay applied for registration and car number will be alloted morning 12 pm As soon as we took the car two lights were visible on the screen (Engine lights) We called them and they said showroom is closed now and asked us to visit them the next day Very cleverly they told us to go to them at 5 and before that he sent the request for registration of the car Later on on 13/12/19 we went to the tata workshop in dwarka 5 pm All the engineers tried to figure out the problem but they said that car has some fault in the diesal filter and it needs to be replaces but they are not sure what exactly the scenario is and asked us to leave the car there I refused to leave this car there as it was just 15 hours from buying that this car had a major problem Sir today again they have called us to the workshop and i am extremely tired of this mental harassment i have received from tata motors This is the top varient i have bought and i am being treated as a beggar of this car I am looted and this is clear fraud case as the pdi of car was not done before delivery I need my money back or change this car now I am a consumer who spent 19 lakh and is being cheated by sparsh autotech and tata motors I heard that tata is not a brand to rely upon But still i bought the top varient thinking about the fact that tata is not that tata now it will surely listen to my grievances and would give me good services but i think i was wrong There is no one who could listen to us Please resolve this case now I really dont wish to visit consumer court or bring this case to media and highlight the services of tata motors Pls treat ur customers as king and i want justice for me I wont accept any faulty car and wont agree to replace the part Thats all I want my compensation back Was this information helpful? | |||
