Tata Motors — Tata Motors Complaint letter for late delivery of car (TATA NEXON XZA+ White)

Hello Sir/Ma'am,
I hope everything is going well at your end.

This is to bring in your notice that, I am Harsh Umaretiya from Rajkot. I am writing this letter to inform you regarding the latest booking for the purchase of a car that I made from your showroom [Parin Motors]. Here are the details for the same:

Date of Booking - 11/26/2021
Model & Color - Nexon XZA+ White
When I booked the car, the expected date of delivery was - 60-65 Days
Expected Date of Delivery given today: - 15/3/2022
Payment Mode : Cash (21000/-)

I'm writing to request additional information on the Nexon XZA+ White Car Delivery. Which Parin Motors has scheduled on November 26th, 2021. I'm really dissatisfied with the car delivery dates that I've been given.
Parin Motors stated that your car would be delivered in 60-65 days, however it has been more than 95 days and I am still receiving preliminary delivery dates.

On February 18, 2022, I bought it for my parents' silver jubilee (25th) wedding anniversary and my Jal ceremony. Attending a ceremony without a special gift makes me unhappy. Your staff assured me that the item would be delivered to my address in 60-65 days, but it hasn't arrived yet, and the booking details haven't been confirmed.

I expected this automobile to be delivered in 60-65 days, however I have yet to receive any explanation from Parin Motors as to why this has been delayed. I'd like you to take a look at this situation. I respectfully request that you investigate this and deliver the car within a week.
