[Resolved]  Tata Motors — tata nexon | 4 days new car | 2 time continuous breakdown | no proper response from service station, dealer & customer care

Please read the below content and address my concern as soon as possible.

TATA NEXON 5 star rating safest car in india .. Is it so????????????????

For me, it is not at all a safest car. 4 days New car having engine problem!!!
Everyday it was giving different problem and within 5 mins of driving, engine get stopped and displaying TEMP alert in dashboard as well as producing burn smell with smoke from engine.

Let me explain my problem in more detailed. I hope, people won't have interest to read this big paragraph. But my concern is, if we are buying our INDIAN make car, what kind of issues we will face it and all listed it here.

Bought my car on 3rd August 2019 at 4.30 pm in Lakshmi Tata Motors, OMR, Chennai. On 6th August only, i got the number plate(TN 14 U 2071). Until that, we haven't used the car due to traffic rules.

On 9th August, we started travelling from chennai to salem.
Problem what we faced and what kind of response received from dealership and service center are listed below,

1) On 10th August 11am, we started our travelling from Salem to Yercaud - Salem District. Within 5 mins of driving, engine suddenly get stopped at middle of the traffic road(5 road area) and displayed the temp alert in dashboard. Immediately, We made a call to nearby service center, i.e TATA True Sai at selam. They came after 2 hours and they said radiator hose has been removed. So that the liquid was leaked it out.They have taken my vehicle and return back my car at around 6.45 pm. TATA True Sai replied us "Reloaded the coolant liquid and replaced the hose. No problem in your vehicle. So you can use it now.

Great Response from Service center for my first issue:
You people travelled in rough and tough road. So that the radiator hose may get damaged and leaked it out. Is this the proper reason?

2) Based on their statement, we have taken the vehicle to Yercaud - Salem District around 9.30 pm. Next day 11th august at 2.30 pm, again within 5 mins of driving, engine suddenly get stopped and produced burn smell with smoke from engine. As per TATA True Sai advice, We opened the bannet and we could see the radiator liquid was fully loaded upto the end of the lid.

Great Response from Service center for second issue:
Again we made a call to service center and simply telling, in hill station we could get this kind of smoke. Open the bonnet and make it cool for 40 mins and then start driving. Is this the proper reason from service center?
- We can't able to breath that smoke smell. Along with us, 1.5 years baby also travelling with me. How could they say like this? Even, we have driven
~4 kms only. For that itself producing, this much burning and smoking smell. How could i continue my travel with this vehicle.
- Finally 7 pm, service person came and collected my vehicle and kept it in a unknown petrol bunk. Whether is it correct way to keep the customer vehicle in unknown places instead of keeping it in service center. So, i had lodged one complaint no.[protected] dated 11th August.
- On 12th August morning 11am itself, i got a call from TATA True sai and again simply telling, no issues in your vehicle. Please come and collect your vehicle. This time, i don't have hope on them.
I won't collect my vehicle and return back vehicle to chennai dealer. Let me come and speak with chennai showroom dealer like that i said and dropped my call.

Today is 18th August, as of now, am not getting any calls/responses from True sai, salem and Lakshmi tata motors, chennai. Even am not getting response from Tata motors, customer care.
Is this correct way of treating the customer in TATA motors?

Continuously we have waited on the road with our 1.5 year baby two days more than 3 hours and we don't know how to stop his crying. If he is a grown up boy we can find alternative to fulfill his expectation but we don't know what to get and where to get to fulfill my baby expectation.

Doctor advised my husband not to use two wheeler because he have some medical issues due to that he undergone two major surgeries, We have planned to purchase a car. But due to this issue, he is traveling in a cab for a week even though we spent money to own a car.

Past two weeks my husband worried a lot on the lack of response from the service station, show room & customer care because of the stress, if he again get affected means, who will be the responsible person for this.

After purchasing this car from TATA Motors we have felt frustration, stress, illness, tension instead of happiness. Till now no one from customer care or service station or show room are thinking in our perspective. If so then they will call us frequently to update the status and taking the steps to replace their bug car which was delivered to me. As of now nothing was happened due to that we can confirm that their primary motive to sell their car not to maintain the relationship with the customer who own the same.

Our Government and social media are motivating people to purchase a INDIAN make product, if the situation happen like this then how the people as like me
from middle class family will think about to purchase a INDIAN product.

Initially I planned to take a car from Toyota but due to patriotism I purchased a car from TATA. Now am suffering with the decision which I made after seeing the enjoyment of my friends who purchased the car of i20 from Hyundai and Glanza from Toyota.

Our final hope, this comment will reach out to any higher official of TATA Motors Group and they will consider our request and fulfill our expectation
by replacing the car which cause continuous breakdown with new one within the stipulated time as per citizen chart. Please do meaningful on the money 11+ Lakhs which we spent on your TATA organization.

Am expecting very good solution from TATA Motors as early (replacement of my 4 days new car).
