Tata Motors — Tata Nexon EV car

Dear Sir / Madam,

I am a user of Tata Nexon EV, having Registration No: DL9GD-1124. My vehicle stopped while I was driving in the night around 11:30 PM on 8th July 2023; while I was with my family and returning home. I called up Tata Motor Helpline number and the vehicle was towed to the nearest Tata workshop at Autovikas Moti Nagar Service Center, on 8th July 2023.

The next day the service executive from Autovikas Moti Nagar Service Center, told me that they found water in battery of the Car, and they have to send the battery to Pune service center for repair. The service advisor assured me that the repairs would be completed within the 20 ~ 25 days' time frame.
Unfortunately, it is now more than 25 days since the car was left at the service center, and I have been chasing the service team based on the dates committed by them. Still, I don’t have any assurance on the exact date by which the vehicle will be returned. Most of the time they don't respond to my calls.

This prolonged delay has caused significant inconvenience as the car is essential for my daily commute and other personal responsibilities. Moreover, the lack of communication from the service center has been frustrating and I feel left in the dark about the progress of the repair.

This is my first experience o[censored]sing Tata Nexon EV and it hasn't been a very pleasant one. I will not be able to trust this car while driving with family in the night as it can get stuck anytime. Secondly the quality of service that has been associated with Tata's name has not been met at all.

I would appreciate your urgent intervention in this matter. It is crucial for me to get my car back in a roadworthy condition as soon as possible. I request you to escalate this issue to the relevant department or manager at Autovikas Moti Nagar to ensure prompt attention and resolution.

Please keep me updated on the progress and any actions taken to address this matter. I hope to receive a response from your team at the earliest.
