Tata Motors — Tata Nexon issues in 1 week only

I have bought Tata Nexon on 8th June 2022 from Sparsh Tata Motors Najafgarh and one day before taking the delivery (7th June 2022) i saw the car which was in the showroom only and which is being delivered to me the next day (i.e. 8th June 2022) and I raised two points/ dissatisfaction about the car with the sales staff at the same moment and i was being assured that the complaints will be taking care of completely before the delivery, the complaints are as below:

1.) Roof strip was not pasted properly and was in the condition that it will get blown away while driving and at the time of delivery it was not fixed properly, so i double checked with the sales staff and they told me that it will not for anywhere and it is like this only for all, and the damage happened on the very next day of the delivery as it was blown away while driving and after raising it multiple times with the showroom staff and visited multiple time from the very next day of the delivery, no one has shown the respect and ignoring my complaint completely.

2.) Small piece at the corner of the bonnet which was not painted and was scratched, the showroom staff changed it at the time of delivery, so I got relieved.

On th top of that, after riding it only for one day, I got to know that there is a problem with the reverse gear, and i complain it with the staff and was told to take the car to the Sparsh workshop in Matiala near DPS school Dwarka as the Najafgarh workshop is not big enough to take this kind of problem, my this issue was also being fixed after visited the workshop and the complete gearbox was changed as there was some problem with it, so i got relieved here also.

However, with regards to point number one i.e. Roof strip, it is still not fixed after visiting and calling the showroom multiple times, as per my opinion the roof strip is a part of the vehicle which is there to protect the rainwater to not go inside of the vehicle and not a small accessory of the car and I was completely fed up with the issues with Tata Nexon in just one week after purchasing it as I went against my family decision where they were asking me to go for Hyundai Venue instead of Nexon.

I still have a doubt if my formal complaint also gets denied by Sparsh Motors Najafgarh.
