Tata Motors — tata safari storme - unexpected warning lights on display are "on"

Dear team,

Please do something about the issue we are facing from the day we bought the car.

Model - tata safari storme
Registration number - rj-14 ug 9990
Date of purchase: oct-2015

Issue - with this vehicle the service light/engine issue indicator is constantly on and in every service this issue has been highlighted and we were given assurance that it will be rectified however here we are.. Back to the square one with the issue still persistent. (Images attached)

Roshan motors jaipur, service center assured me on friday that the issue is resolved and sunday again the service indicator is on.

It won't be an exaggeration if it is said that the "vehicle has spent more time in workshop" then with me.
Please understand the technical team in jaipur does not seem to have the "capabilities" to manage such issue or they are not even aware on how to fix it.

Thus i am writing to you keeping everyone in loop - to get this fixed.
