Tata Motors — TATA Sumo GRANDE - Worst product of TATA

Myself and My father took an TATA SUMO GRANDE car in 2012 financed by the entity(TATA Finance) of TATA groups,

We started facing a lot of complaints in the vehicle from Day 1 onwards, We didn't get the permanent fix for the issues reported even after visiting concord service center multiple times.

Also, There was no proper response from the service manager's on the actual root cause, So We started reporting to the higher management through email's, There were too many mail communication's.

We paid the emi amount of 21300 on time for the first 6 months even though there were too many problems in the vehicle.

During the 7th month of our ownership we escaped from a major accident due to brake failure and axle broken, We reported this again and the service center representative picked up the vehicle from the accident spot.

Also, We wrote about the incident again to TATA motors group and as usual the same response is that the issue is fixed and It's ready for delivery.

This time We don't want to take the risk, So We asked the representative for an assurance provided with proper justification on the root cause and the permanent fix, Until that We don't want to take the vehicle back.

Since We didn't receive the proper response, We filed a legal suit against this in consumer court and stopped the EMI payment.

"I was the one who recommended the TATA-SUMO Grande to my family based on the reputation of TATA, Also This was our first car".

Now TATA finance is reporting the payment as default and our credit report is heavily impacted due to this.

I want this thing to be sorted out mutually and at the earliest.

I saw the case history and I don't know what to comment on that, Please think from my side as well.

I spent around 5 Lakhs for this car and It spoiled both of our good will (TATA Motors(Quality) & Myself(Credit report) ).
