[Resolved] Tata Motors — tata tafae, chennai | |||
I have purchased tata tiago from tata tafae (Vechicle no : tn05bv2685, booked in the name of victor rani), mount road branch, chennai on 26.02.19. I have promised for car cover during delivery. I have not received car cover during delivery. After regular follow up the sales person mr. Mari praksh told me that i will receive car cover after april 2019. So i waited till april. Then i called him in his mobile no his mobile no is switched off. Then i contacted tafae, they said he have resigned so contact his head mr. Senthil his manager. I called him he requested a months time and he will resolve. Then his mobile no also got switched off. I again contacted tafae, they said he also resigned. Then they gave admin no i have contacted him. He promised to help, at last he told i cannot help so asked me to contact tafae md. Then i contacted md of tafae one month before. Till now he said i will receive car cover. But they are not giving me car cover which i paid for. I have parked my car in open space. I take my car weekly once, due to dust the car cleaning is difficult. Kindly provide me car cover or send me a person to clean the car from tata motors. Expect a genuine reply. Regards N.
