Frequent problems arising in our Tata Altroz

We have a tata tigor 2020 model... Almost 6100km driven... There is a huge Crack in the twist beam. Car has never been in a accident, I researched a little online and found its a manufacturing defect.. most tigor and Tiago have this issue. Now to replace it the cost is around[protected].
If there can be alternate solution to this issue. It will be helpful.

    I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding a persistent and unresolved issue with my Tata Nexon EV Max (KL-44-H-6445). I also own a Tata Sumo Grande and Tata Hexa, and I have always trusted Tata Motors. However, my experience with the Nexon EV Max has been extremely frustrating.
    The issue I am facing is a sudden and drastic drop in battery charge. Last Saturday, my vehicle's charge dropped abruptly from 20% to 15% and then instantly to 2%. This is not the first time I have experienced this problem—this is now the fourth occurrence. Due to this issue, I have had to tow my vehicle to the nearest charging point three times, which is highly inconvenient.
    I had previously reported this issue and given my vehicle to the Tata Service Center at Sree Gokulam Motors, Nattoor, Ernakulam, Kerala. They kept the vehicle for five days but informed me that they could not find any issue. I find this response unacceptable, especially since the problem has continued.
    This time, I have taken photographic evidence of the issue, which I have attached to this email. I am not willing to go through the same cycle of giving my vehicle for service only to be told there is no issue. I expect a proper resolution, not just another temporary response.
    I request an immediate and effective solution to this issue. Kindly escalate this matter to the appropriate department and provide a clear response on how Tata Motors plans to resolve this permanently.
    I look forward to your prompt reply. If I do not receive a satisfactory response, I will be left with no choice but to escalate this matter further.

      Dear Tata Motors Customer Care Team,

Despite being a new vehicle, it was delivered with visible rust issues, which is entirely unacceptable and undermines the trust I placed in Tata Motors' quality and standards.

      Key Details of the Issue:

      Upon delivery, I noticed rust spots on the vehicle and immediately raised the issue with the dealership representative, who dismissed my concerns by claiming it was "paint rub." However, upon closer inspection, multiple rust points were identified across the car.
      For the past 10 days, I have been tirelessly attempting to escalate this issue with your customer care team, only to be met with negligence and a lack of resolution.
      When I finally managed to reach Mr. Sri Hari Venkatesh, Area Customer Care Manager (Contact: [protected]), I was met with shockingly harsh and dismissive behavior. His exact words, "Do whatever you want; we do not serve the car and are not responsible, " not only hurt me deeply but caused significant emotional distress . As a customer, I felt utterly disrespected, belittled, and abandoned by a brand I trusted.
      My Demands:
      The delivery of a new vehicle with rust issues is a breach of trust and quality assurance. Given the severity of the issue and the lack of professional handling, I demand the following:

      A full refund of the purchase amount, OR
      Immediate replacement of the vehicle with a new, rust-free model.
      This is my final attempt to resolve the matter amicably. If I do not receive a satisfactory resolution within seven (7) days, I will proceed with filing a complaint in Consumer Court and take all necessary legal and public actions to hold Tata Motors accountable. This includes sharing my experience on public platforms and escalating the issue to higher authorities.

      Tata Motors' reputation as a trusted brand is at stake, and I hope you will take immediate and decisive action to resolve this issue and restore my confidence.

        @TataMotors @TataMotors_Cars Yesterday my car (Harrier 2022 model) brokedown failing to start with smoke coming from Bonnet
        I had reported engine noise issue 2 times to your Key Motors service centre, BanBannerghatta Road, Bangalore. They ignored the complaint the first time and the second time they kept the vehicle for 1 week without giving proper resolution SC mentioned the noise is because of the GearBox unit and they will place an order to get it replaced under warranty.
        SC Handed over the vehicle last Wednesday saying it is safe for driving and they will let me know once gearbox unit is delivered by @TataMotors
        Now the vehicle broke down with smoke and the front disk broke as well, newly installed 3 weeks back by the SC.
        When checked at the local mechanic, he mentioned engine coolant was almost empty. This vehicle was with TATA SC for a week and Handed over 3 days back. They have not even checked engine coolant which is SC responsibility.
        As a customer, after spending almost 30 lacs for the vehicle, I feel cheated with this kind of service and quality the parts. I have had multiple in warranty replacement for two front Shock Absorber, steering pump, break ecu box over the last 2 years and this definitely isn't safe!

        Now, my car is in @TataMotors Udupi towed . This vehicle is not safe and I will never buy a TATA again! This vehicle manufacturing to service quality is horrible

        and those sensors, never gave any warning ⚠️. @TataMotors this is very frustrating and unsafe

        I demand a compensation for the metal harrasment and replacement of the car!

          Car Manual Missing

          I am a defence veteran and an ex TATA employee. I bought Punch Rhythm from Sai Baba Motors, Hadapsar on 12 November 2024. The car did not have a manual and despite repeated reminders, I am yet to receive the same. The service provided is poor and there is no response from them.
          I have also tried to get accessories which are not available with the Sai Baba Motors....

          I am writing this email requesting seamless support from TATA motors & GO AUTO, My vehicle is damaged due to fire and currently at Body shop for the claim and repair process. The incident took place on 5th Nov, 24 and my vehicle was with the workshop till 7th November for detailed checkup to find out the cause of the fire incident. My vehicle was moved to the body shop on 8th Morning,
          They still do not know when they will receive the parts, i am the one who is pushing them every day to check the status.
          They are not commenting on providing me a stand by vehicle request. I was not aware tata does not provide any standby vehicle in case of long waiting period also where as maruti/ hyundai and toyota does.
          It has been 10 days and I am not sure how much time it will take to get the delivery of my car, i am finding it difficult to commute and request you to assign a standby vehicle like every other brand does in case of accidental damage or service work. I would really appreciate if a standby vehicle can be provided from TATA, just want to add up that my father and brother owns their own business of transportation and from 1980's we are using TATA trucks and during my father 40 odd years of work service we owned more than 30 TATA trucks. We are very old customers of TATA and expect some extended support.
          Please understand my situation and provide me with a standby vehicle.
          Please push the body shop team to chase the insurance company for approval and start the repair work asap.

                Sub: Very Bad PERFORMANCE OF MY Tata Tigor. Vehicle no KA 04 MW 8455. ------ I purchased the above car on 21.09.2019 from Preranna motors, W C Road Bangalore . The vehicle manufacture has been of very poor quality and has been breaking down repeatedly, We have taken the car to Preranamotors PEENYA, several times, in last 4 years. They have replaced battery, Clutch Plates and many parts, I have already spent Rs, 40.000 on Repairs. On 29/07/24 I paid Rs.12000 for repair On 1st Sept again there was a break down. Now my Car is not in running condition. was told that Car was manufactured in 2019, whereas it is - manufactured in 2018. I strongly suspect that I have been cheated with a used/returned Car, I am unable to take the car on long drive, for the fear of break -down. Kindly replace the car immediataly with a functional Car.                     Dear Sir,
                    I have purchased Tata Tiago from Chambal Motocorp LLP on dated 21/4/22(Copy Enclosed).My car number is GJ18 BQ4791.
                    I have put up my car for service on dated 16/2/23 at Harsolia Brothers service station Gandhinagar at that time as per their report my car Battery is discharge (Copy enclose) they have not replaced new battery but old battery installed in my car. I am sorry to say that there is any condition that in replacement they cannot install a new battery as it is under warranty period.
                    All Exide batteries come with a warranty. For example, the Exide Mileage battery for Tata Tiago comes with 60 months warranty
                    Further it is to state that I have put up my car for services on dated 12/7/24 they have deliver my car after 5 days i.e. on dated 17/7/24 at 5 pm. They have replaced AC coil & filled up Gas, at that time they have not given me replaced parts also. Next day when I am going to start my car it will not start. I have complain to Harsolia Brothers service station Gandhinagar they have sent foremen to check it at that time they have told your battery is not working they have taken back to service station on 18/7/24 the reports come that you have to replace your battery my question is that when they have taken my car in service from 12/7/24 to 17/7/24 (5 days) what they have done at that time they can tell me about my battery is fail, further I have to pass 2 days without car first 5 days than 2 days I am suffered without my car for 7 days You can understand that without car how much I suffered & disappointed I have put up my car for normal service meaning that at evening I will get back in spite of that I am suffered for 9 days. My car is at present runs only 37000 Km.in 27 months period I am very disappointed and upset without car I am 69 years old person this car is on the name of my daughter in law Jagrutibahen Akash Gajjar.
                    Further I want to know my car runs only 37000 kms and period of purchase is only 27 months. I cannot understand within above period why I have to change two times battery two paid service I have carried out and total bills for both Rs 46000/-paid for maintenance.
                    Also in last service my car A/c was not working in spite of regular service in your authorized service station Harsolia Brothers Gandhinagar. They have changed A/c coil & refill gas also in short period only 37000 kms runs

                    Generally, car A/C systems last eight to 10 years before needing repairs. That's how long your car's A/C compressor is likely to remain in good working condition. That being said, the warmer the climate that you live in, the sooner you may need to get your car's A/C repaired.
                    For an evaporator coil to live out the fullest extent of its life, the AC unit must be regularly maintained. If proper maintenance is regularly performed, then the evaporator coils should last 10 to 15 years, which is the ideal lifetime for an evaporator coil and comparable to the lifespan of an AC unit.7 Apr 2020.
                    You are requested to please expedite the matter & resolve my problem for replacement of parts & service issue otherwise I wants to lodge complain in consumer forum.

                      My tata Tiago xz 2019 model twist beam cracked two times in 35000km. Before I have claimed insurance and the twist beam cost me around 17 thousand rupees. Again it's beam has cracked and they are saying to claim insurance. It's a manufacturing defect and iam not going to claim insurance again for this. If I claim insurance this beam will break again and again. Their are may cases of the beam cracked in tata Tiago. Iam not going to claim insurance for this manufacturing defect.

                        Hi,
                        I have a Tata Altroz bought in the year 2022. The car's registered number is DL9CBA0847. I got my car serviced for the first time on 3rd May, 2024 at Delight TATA service centre, Plot no. 520, Mahendersingh Park, Nangloi Sakrawati, South West Delhi, Delhi-110043. My car had run only 7000 kms till then. After the service was done, I came to know after a few days that all the new parts of the car had been replaced by old ones and I had been cheated. I will be reporting this matter to the consumer court. I am a senior citizen who is more than 70 years old and am facing such hardship due to the poor functioning of the car after the replacement of new parts of my car with worn-out old parts.
                        This is so shameful of the TATA company that such fraud is happening at TATA service centres. If my car's new parts are not out back in my car, I will be taking up this matter in consumer court and filing a fraud as well as harassment complaint against the service center as well as TATA motors. In addition to this, I will also take up this issue on social media and inform the consumers how we are being fooled by TATA motors.
                        Thus, I want you to kindly escalate this matter and take action ASAP.

                          Its about Prerana Motors in Kudlugate, Bangalore. After i got my car serviced, they have damaged my car. The CEL has started flashing...it never used to happen before. The mileage has drastically reduced. My car is not even giving a mileage of six or seven. There are scratches on my car which were not there. They charged me around 10, 000 for new clutch plate, but did not even show me the bill, nor the old clutch plate.
