Tata Motors — Tata zest electrical fault within 3 months of purchase. | |||
Hi, I have purchased tata zest xms on 19th september 2015. I was a loyal tata customer having previously owned tata indigo cs. Within few months of purhcase my car started having electric problem. Whenever car gets start, the parking light blinks for few seconds. I went to service station (Purnea, bihar/shankar motors). They failed to rectify it and asked me to come after few days. After many such visit they finally told me its beyond their knowledge and they have forwarded my complaint to head office and factory. I was told that my car is being checked at factory level and why it happenned. Still its been more that 3 months and they have not been able to crack the solution. I have gone to all avenues (Twitter/cusotmer care) but with no help. My registration no-br11w9624. Was this information helpful? | |||

dear customer not only u but m also facing the same problem .. n i take the car for repair they make it worse. m from goa. this tata they are playing with peoples hard worked money .faltu service n company too
