[Resolved] Tata Motors — treo tata, safdarjung enclave: refund of booking charges of the tata nexon xma | |||
I was made to book tata nexon xma at treo tata, go auto pvt ltd, safdarjung enclave, new delhi - 110029 by ved sharma & ankur commiting the maximum offer on the car exchange bonus and took booking advance of rs 11, 000 on 05/11/19 by mode of debit card. Then on 16/11/19 the dealership asked me for my final decision to purchase or take the full refund and since their quotation was on a higher side i aked them to refund in full to which thier sales executive ankur agreed and asked me to submit cancelled cheque and application letter on next working day. But later they refused to refund at all. Their behavior and tone transformed to that of vandalism and is highly unprofessional.
