Tata Motors — Trying to delay to hand over my car intentionally

Dear sir/ madam,

On 24/03/2021 i hand over my car to your local tata motor workshop ( Mr anil sawant & Mr sonu sinha) for its repair. My insurance company ( NAVI GENERAL INSURANCE) has given final approval for my car rapair to workshop on 09/04/2021.there was a small work but After my several requests they repaired my car after 10 days. My insurance policy has caseless but your workshop is not tie up with my insurance company so My insurance company has sent already a request mail to workshop for all documents for caseless claim of my car before a week . Insurance company has given D.O also to workshop for my claim on 19/04/2021. But till today they have not given any documents to my Insurance company because of this I am still waiting for my car.
From starting day I am felling that they are not showing any interest of my issue because I took insurance of my car outside of their workshop. They said me also several times about this.
Sir, They never called me from their end. Always I tried to be in touch with them. Now they are harassing me mentally, physically and economically. Because of my car, my day to day work is getting hampered daily. Now they are not picking my phone also. 7-8 times I called them but no reply I got. Workshop is 15 km from my house that's why I can not go to workshop frequently.

I request you to instuct them to do all necessary things and hand over my car to me within 2 working days from today. Insurance company has again sent request mail to workshop for all documents for caseless claim.
