Tata Motors — tsr darashaw limited

I am asking you for your kind assistance dealing with tsr darashaw limited (Unit: tata motors)
The service provided by tsr darashaw limited is unsatisfactory. Nothing gets resolved.

In 1991, i was allotted 85 shares in tata motors (Folio: e2l5032321; name: leonard travis lewis) in lieu of my shares held in noduron founders limited.
Earlier, 1985, i was allotted 600 shares of noduron founders limited through their initial public offering allotted for non-resident indians, when i was based in kuwait.

In 1990, i had to leave kuwait, due to iraqi invasion, and moved to united states.
I had sent an address update to noduron founders, which somehow never got updated, and i received no communication from noduron founders or tata motors.
I was not aware that tata motors had taken over noduron founders until 2015.
Since then i have got in touch with tsr darashaw limited many times to update my address and payout my past dividends and send me the shares of tata motors.
By the way the original 600 shares of noduron founders are still with me.
In the middle of 2017, as per their request letter (Ref: ct/6179162/orisdsou 24-jan-2017 - scanned copy attached), i have sent all the documents they had requested duly certified by the notary.
A month later, all the documents that i had submitted were returned to me, asking for additional documentation via their letter (Ref: ca/1040441/cadataent, 31/07/2017 – scanned copy attached) saying that my signature does not match their records. My signature has not changed all these years. I am wondering if my signature was even verified, as this is a standard reply employed many of the employees of share transfer agents.
Since i am based in usa it is impossible for me to provide what they have asked. Therefore i am reaching out to you as a last resort. Hope you will be able to help me out.

I have attached scanned copies of their 2 letters to me (Ref: ct/6179162/orisdsou 24-jan-2017 and ca/1040441/cadataent 31/07/2017) and my letter to tsr with all the attachments.
