Tata Motors — Unable to get reply for buying a m c f

I had bought TATA ALTROZ VEHICLE NO.MH12XH2702 from your dealer
GARVE CARS PVT LTD., PUNE just before one year.

Now I want to cover the vehicle under A M C for one year. In spite of various calls to the dealer, I am unable to get any reply from them. Rather they are playing a football asking me to contact some numbers and unfortunately the number given in charge has no knowledge or little knowledge about A M C product of the company.

It is very sad to have a dealer network who has no knowledge about the company's product.
Can you please help me out to get the complaint resolved?
I do not think that TATA group is having this type of culture. Of course this could have change after the sad demise of SRI RATAN TATAJI, who will
never allow this type of behaviour with the cusotmer
