Tata Motors — URGENT ATTENTION : Rusting on TATA Nexon XMA bonnet within 3 years of purchase

Dear Sir/madam,

I am Santosh Kannan. I had purchased Tata Nexon XMA Petrol in September 2019.(MH04KD1882).from Inderjeet Motors, Mira Road Mumbai.

This is to bring to your urgent notice that I am facing major rusting issues on the bonnet of my car. I have been trying to address this problem since last one year at the service station at Mira road Inderjeet Motors and Wasan Motors Deonar. But everything went in vain. Apart from these
there are several rusting issues happening in the doors too.

It is so disheartening to see how people are made fools for trusting such a reputed company like TATA and supporting the Make In India movement . It is every common man's dream to buy his first hard earned car. You guys have just disrespected it.

I am really disappointed to see this happening.
I have attached below the pictures of rusting happening on my car.

Please look into this at the earliest and replace my bonnet and do the needful ASAP.
I am anyways planning on filing a consumer court case if this is not resolved.
I will have to take this matter to higher authorities and social media platforms if any help is not provided from your side.
