[Resolved] Tata Nano — Worst Staff at Service Station | |||
Dear Tata Motors, I own a Tata Nano, with registration number - KA 51 Z 7920. I had some minor issues with the car, hence visited the Concorde Motors on Hosur Main Road, Bangalore. I had a pathetic time dealing with your people at the Service Station. I had to wait for more than half an hour for getting attention from your staff on 10th of April around 10am. I had bought the car having trust on the TATA brand and people, but today i am disappointed with the decision. I have other brand cars too, i visit their Service Station often and I am treated like a valued customer. Within minutes they solve my problem. Please do visit Mandovi Motors, JP Nagar, you will understand what I am talking about. All this reminds me, few months back - Nano had starting problem so I called people to come home and solve the issue. The way they communicated with my wife was impolite. I am stuck with the car and also with the two year service contract. I feel let down and do not appreciate this. Was this information helpful? | |||
