I am writing to escalate a serious and ongoing issue with my Tata Play Fiber broadband connection, which has remained unresolved for over two weeks despite multiple complaints and follow-ups with your customer support team.
Below are the details of the service requests raised:
SR-[protected] – Still open with no resolution.
SR-[protected] – Closed without permanent resolution.
Despite repeated calls to your customer care, the only response I receive is: “Please wait, the issue will be resolved within 24 hours.” Unfortunately, this has been the standard response for days now, and no technician has been assigned or sent to physically inspect or fix the issue at my location.
This level of service is unacceptable, especially considering the impact it has had on my work and daily communication. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of accountability, transparency, and urgency in addressing this prolonged service disruption.
