Tata play fiber offers internet to home thru FTTH.
They have very bad recharge process.
Just paying money to recharge is not enough.
When I paid the money I got receipt and invoice. Then my internet connection was disconnected. When I called customer care they said you did not place order.
This is nonsense. What is placing an order? just paying and recharge is not enough? I contacted sales manager Rohit who did not pick up my phone.
He operates in Wakad area. It's bad service and pathetic service.
They are prompt is getting connection but they ignore you.

I have recharged 100 MBPS plan with OTT for 6 months and paid 5700+GST.
After that I am not able to watch OTT on my amazon fire stick which is connected to android TV.
