I have recharged 100 MBPS plan with OTT for 6 months and paid 5700+GST.
After that I am not able to watch OTT on my amazon fire stick which is connected to android TV. I have raised this issue around 20 days back. after even multiple calls, email and follow ups, I didn't get any resolution. Every team is saying they will check and get back to me or transferring this issue to fiber/binge/dth team and at last closing the tickets.
After paying huge amount and wait of 20 days with multiple escalations, not getting any response.
