Tata Power — High Bills and Tariff | |||||
From the last few months Tata Power has been sending me very high bills (consumer no:[protected]. I even sent them a written complaint but they never got back even though they gave me a date by when it will be resolved. for just a usage of 287 units this month they have charged me Rs 2000 which the bill says major chunk goes to Reliance for wheeling charges. This is unfair for consumers because they lured me from moving from Reliance over to them saying Tata Power is cheaper than Reliance and first few months the bills were low and I thought I made a right decision. But I am shocked now because their bills are double than Reliance Energy and they don't even respond as to why. Just last month they charged me Rs 3490 . Being a common man it's difficult to cope up with these high bills. Can someone look into their tarriff and see if they are following a fair trade practice? Was this information helpful? | |||||
