Specifically, I would like to highlight the unsatisfactory experience with Mr. Kundan, who has suggested performing various checks and the remote removal of a submersible pump without willingness to visit the site. Furthermore, he has requested transportation from Kalyan station to the site, which is approximately 50 kilometers away. This level of service is unexpected, particularly from the renowned TATA group, known for its brand reputation, and it is disheartening.
Despite reaching out to your customer care service center, where I was provided with Mr. Hitesh's contact number, I have been unsuccessful in establishing communication with him for three consecutive days, as he neither answers the phone nor returns calls. I opted for TATA due to its esteemed brand name, and such subpar service is truly disconcerting. I sincerely hope that necessary actions will be taken to address this issue, and a thorough investigation into the root cause of such service lapses will be conducted, especially after filing my complaint on January 5, 2024, with reference number NO[protected].
