[Resolved] Tata Sky — Amount deducted from gpay but account not recharged | |
I have recharged my tata sky account through google pay and the money is deducted from my account, but the tata sky account is not recharged. I tried contacting tata sky customer service but all they say is recharge been unsuccesful. Then where did my deducted money go? When I called for the first time, they said amount is shown as submitted and I wld see account recharged in 24hrs. But the next day, they say its unsuccessful. This is pathetic. Want a refund for my money.

Sep 15, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved Tata sky social media person approached me and credited 5 days account balance and activated the account immediately. This 5 day balance will be debited when I recharge the account. Also mentioned that the initial UPI payment failed will be returned in 7 to 10 days.
