Hello,
I have tried a lot to activate my live tv, but i am not able to.
I have called customer care for the same, and they said, i am also not able to do it... And then they said, it should have been activated now, and asked me to uninstall and install the app again. So i did so.
But it's showing one message, while i click on live tv in app :-
"an earlier order is open; hence, we can not add the pack now. Kindly try again later."
I don't understand, even i was having one more connection and i havn't ever tried to connect to live tv, but now when i am trying i am not able to.
Please help.

If you need more information regarding the same, please ask i will answer but please try to fix this, as i need live tv, and that's why i have taken tata sky.
