Activation not properly don

Thinking tatasky is a good one i had removed my airtel digital connection.

But your people are no better.

A good technical person should come and check connection.

Please send him urgently.

    Tata and Sons have taken Rs.410.00 from my icici bank account but not activated the account.Called up the customer service twice but they sing the same tune, "pls call tomorrow" .I hope Im not being cheated by Tata Sons like Vijay Mallya have cheated the banks and IT dept.

      Today I caught Tata Sky's cheap technician disconnecting my connection red handed.

      Few days back my Tata sky connection git disconnected and after many calls to Tata sky, a technician came after 5 days of no service. He then tells me that whole of my connection and wiring has been cut by someone. I had to pay him 200 rupees for restoring connection even 7 days of no TV, while still paying for it.

      Today while watching TV, my signal again suddenly disconnected with 0 signal. I rushed outside to investigate and found out a Tata Sky technician disconnecting my wires. Caught red handed.

      These jokers have crossed all limits of screwing business ethics.
      Tata Sky customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      I too had earlier shared my subscriber id in this complaint forum and Tata Sky's support team did get in touch with me. I am sure they will try getting in touch with you too. Alternatively, you can try writing to them at [protected]@tatasky.com or call their helpline number at [protected]. The best part is it is available 24X7. I am sure they will look into this issue and take strict action against the technician.

        Due to some repair work at our complex my dish antenna needed to be shifted. Problem lodged in customer care vide no.NET7EPQ, which needed to be attended within 24 hrs. But till writing this complain none came for doing the work.
        It seems being punished for selecting TATA SKY.

          I had for the connection. Why activation could not be done after giving the TV connection.

          You ask your people.
          I made several phone calls. But received my phone.
          Customer is treated very badly. Think if customer is not there whether your company exists or people working in the office get their salary.
          This type of mischief CAN NOT BE TOLERATED.
          I WANT MY CONNECTION activated IMMEDIATELY.

              I had service issue for my second tata sky connection for which tata sky had sent technician. My second connection is under warranty and still tata sky deducted charges from my account without informing me.

              How irresponsible is this ?

                I have 4 Tata Sky HD Recording connections in my house.. One is not working. I have made 6 calls to Tata Sky Helpline . Same answer I get that It will be activated in 15 minutes and concerned technician will contact you. After 6 calls my complaint is still not resolved. Is this the level of service we expect from all DTH Operators or is Tata Sky so pathetically inefficient that I cannot get my complaint resolved even after 6 complaints? My Cust RMN is [protected].

                Frankly, Tata Sky sucks... I am now very very angry...

                  1. Somebody from tatasky called me for free movies for one month. Next thing I new that my monthly bill got a hike of Rs 100 within few seconds.
                  2. There is no customer complaint email or phone number.
                  3. I do not know for how long but I paying for cooking classes on DTH which I never opted for.
                  4. I do not know where to complain about.
                  4. we pay for customer care calls to tatasky and we still have to listen to your advertisements and pay for it. On top of that there is no way to to talk to somebody from tata sky and compalin about problems we are facing with them.

                    Subscribed channels not showing

                    I have subscribed to dhamaal mix pack since may 2015 for one year upto may 2016. But since 4 days i am unable to view hindi movies pack which was part of dhamaal mix pack.                             I have multi tv connection of tatasky.i have rs.434. My current balance.my 2nd connection settop box is not showing me any channels.it says u r not subscribe for this service plz add chanels to ur subscription.i have already subscribe for all the chanels which i want.i pay 715 rs per month to tata sky but there services r very poor.i ve call customer care many time but they put me on hold for almost 20 mins. U r in q wait expected time raised from 6 to 11 mins.the company takes the money for the whole month but not providing the service which they are charging for.this is really a fraud with the customer who is paying them from nearly ten years.

                            Mera tata sky customer id [protected] hai kal se company ko bahut bar call kiya hai but 20 min tak call hold pe rakhwakar bhi call receive nahi kiya call back ke liye bhi apply kiya par koi responce nahi hai.mera multi tv connection hai jisme se second tv ki service 2 dino se nahi aa rahi.advance money lekar bhi company service nahi de rahi aur call bhi nahi receive kar rahi hai.aisi fraud company ke against kya action lena chahiye?

                                  Customer ID [protected]; a/c Rajagopal. While viewing any channel, it gets disrupted with a message that it is due to "poor visibility or rain"! Despite several complaints to Customer Care, the problem is not resolved at all. It is frustrating to say the least and they are so prompt to intimate renewal of the subscription! Is there any point in making this complaint at all?

                                  Soon after posting the complaint, I received several tel. calls from Tata Sky. Two technicians came over to resolve the issue. It hardly took them any time. Didn't expect such a prompt response. Am very pleased with this forum. Thanks.

                                      I have raised the request to fix tatasky from 1st floor to ground floor on Sunday at 10 O clock, But still now there is no proper response and no person come. I have called customer care for 5 to 6 six time there is no proper response and I have wasted time & money to call them. TataSky is totally waste in service. we are unhappy. I was totally 6 or 7 years customer to tatasky, But now only i know this is how tatasky.

                                      If You guys does't want me a customer please respond me we are have lot of customer you dont want for us . I will choose some other DTH.
