Customer ID [protected]; a/c Rajagopal. While viewing any channel, it gets disrupted with a message that it is due to "poor visibility or rain"! Despite several complaints to Customer Care, the problem is not resolved at all. It is frustrating to say the least and they are so prompt to intimate renewal of the subscription! Is there any point in making this complaint at all?

Complaint marked as Resolved Soon after posting the complaint, I received several tel. calls from Tata Sky. Two technicians came over to resolve the issue. It hardly took them any time. Didn't expect such a prompt response. Am very pleased with this forum.
