i am facing problems from many days and by giving continously miss calls to the number i am not getting proper responses. Kindly change my set top box as early as possible and M P E G 4 supporting box soon am i our customer from last four years and regularly paying bills on time and if i am not getting proper response from your customer support team this is very annoying and we are not able to watch the channels which we have already paid for. I registered our complain on date 01.06.2015 in [protected] to change setup box & customer care insure that setup box has changed within 7 days. After again we call customer care but not talk with them & he say that his service engineer is contact to me within 24 hrs. so i am requesting to you, please arrange to change my setup box.       Every time I tried to recharge my Tatasky online, it creats problems.Every time sites to get recharge on computor found changed & charging become impossible for me.After great struggle & consuming electricity for complete one hour approx.I become successful in recharging the same.The pattern of sites should be the same as we open the computor but while recharging Tatasky it is not possible.I do book a train ticket on the site of IRCTC & it took me just 10 minutes to book it on line.Like wise other payments of Elect, Bill, air tkt, bus tkt, no problem is faced but to charge Tatasky is a big hazard for me.Please fix the pattern of site the same so that one should not waste time in merely making payment.Now I am trying my best to recharge it online since yesterday but to no avail Resultantly I closed my Laptop for this dirty site which is asking more & more options for payers. Pl do something in this regard to avoid unnessary harrasment to public M L Ahuja 1135 Sec 4 Panchkula [protected] User ID No [protected] 10.6.2015.

        Hi, My subscriber ID [protected] and i am told by customer service that set top box will be replaced with new MPEG4 by 07th June'15 and it is 10th June and nobody has reached me so far. I am not able to view any channel so please assist getting it installed. Thanks Shayan

            I want to stop my tata sky sevice because i cant see any chhanel i have requested so many times to change mpeg2 box but noone can change it.it is the waistes of my money.pls stop my tata sky pakage and return my semi annual pack money otherwise i will go consumer court.

              I usually do not pen but time has come to open your eyes Tata Sky the worst service provider, from three days i am calling them due to some technical issue which is happening from their side. The whole of Tata sky customer who are staying in khadki are facing problem they are not able to view 98% of the channel but instead of resolving the issue from their side they are more interested in making money. They are least bothered to resolve the issue instead of solving they are asking for money for no reason and then only things will get resolved this his the answer what i get from them if I am the one who is not able to view channel then the issue is from my side but here the matter is totally different if 1000 of your customer are not able to view channel then the issue is from your side ( technical ) your are asking me to pay 170 + the charges should i pay or should you give free service for the problem what we are facing from three days ???? you people should call the customer and inform him about the technical issue which is happening from your end you do not even have the courtesy to even call what type of service provider are you . so calculate +1000*170 = 170000 rs you are making from the customer for no reason . Paying 170 is not a problem but think about those who are not aware about technical problems what you are doing and they end paying may be you are purposely doing to meet your targets .

                I want to replace mpeg4 box at the place of mpeg2 box i called in call centre for this request today and the person from the call centre has replied that the engeneer will call you you have to wait but no one has called still i am waiting for the call i have already done a complaint from my registered mobile and given a miss call on [protected] i sent a message also on 56633 as mpeg so i request that please replace the box as soon as possible

I have received a SMS on 21 May 2015 for payment of payment of monthly charges Rs 523, which already paid, received a fresh SMS on 9th June 2015 payment of monthly charges of Rs 541/- i had initially taken a package of monthly charges of Rs 240/=. I have never requested for any additional channel. I tried to contact the customer care number [protected] from my Registered mobile no. but could not contact them. there fore kindly up date my package as registered as initial package.

                      tatasky Sub ID [protected] Executive collected 200 for dish head and 170 for service charge from my aged parents without giving bill. Rahul Pathak was the executive having mobile no [protected]. Total collected Rs. 370. Again tata sky deducted 170 from my account. Tata sky under warranty till 26.06.2015. Fraud tata sky charged double for service once taken by executive and again deducted from my account. Refund Rs. 540 immediately (370 + 170)

                        Dear sir/ma'am 1) I, Lt Col Jyoti Joshi purchased a tata sky connection in 2010 in Roorkee (Uttrakhand) 2) I'm serving in Army and every 2 to 3 years I get posted to a new place. after Roorkee I got posted to Assam and now I'm in Jabalpur (Madhya Pradesh) 3) I got the same Tata sky connection transferred from Roorkee to Assam and then to Jabalpur 4) We want to upgrade our Set Top Box with a new MPEG 4 box, but unable to do so as I don't remember the registered mobile number which I was using in Roorkee. Besides when we contacted the Tata sky service center in Jabalpur they showed extreme "RUDENESS" outrageous and indifferent attitude, they refused to talk on mobile. They refused to give the phone numbers at tata sky service center Jabalpu. They were just not ready to listen to the complaint and help us in this matter. This is to lodge an official complaint against the "RUDE" behavior and indifferent behavior of the staff at Tata sky service center Jabalpur for the customers. They need to be trained for the job as they don't know how to deal with the customers. If not Tata sky is going to lose a big chunk of customers at Jabalpur who have already started switching over to other satellite connections because of your staff at service center Jabalpur.

                          I m sifted vadodara to bharuch before 10 days.i have call to tata sky regarding relocation service and as well as setup box replace.but by untrained person from call center he has not given proper information.after two day follow one call center person told me that first reinstallation will be done.so on 2nd june he has issue complain about relocation.after that every day i called to call center but still my issue is not solved.i have also mail to tatasky but not received reply.nodalofficer call me before two days but still not installation done.now i dont have trust on tatasky.i want to discontinue tatasky and give back my all money which is paid for 1 year in advance as well as money of dish and setup box paid firsttime to tata sky so i can purchase other make dish.                             I have submitted my complaint several time for upgrading my setup box, but no revert. the channels have got reduced and now i am only getting to see 2 channels, whereas i will be asked to pay for the full month. Finally i have decided to give up and terminate Tata SKY services and opt for any other as i have been utterly disappointed with TATA SKY services.                               Request has given to the customer care person to change the MPEG 2 box with HD box but no one has attended the problem and daily one by one channels are getting closed. When I am dialing for customer care number its taking more than 30 mins and still no one is picking up the call. Its really frustrating .I am using tata sky from last 5 yrs but this time I have faced a lot of problems and poor service. Please attend the problem or should I switch over to other service provider.

                                    I have requested tata sky for installation of HD set top box which tata sky executive has installed on 20 may. My customer ID is [protected] by the name of Vikash Kumar sahu. From that only HD channels were sometimes coming and sometimes not coming on my box. For which I have complained on the customer care many times. After every two days I use to complain about the same but they are telling to switch off and on. Finally problem didn't get resolved and on 7 Jun they have registered my complaint and engineer visited on 8 jun. He said there is problem of frequency which I have increased. As soon as the engineer went again the same problem started than I called up him again he said there is problem with the box and it has to be changed. He had promised to come on 9 Jun with the new box but today when I called him up, he said I can give u old repaired box and not the new one. I called up customer care again and again they gave registered my complain and given me complain number II52390611 and again an executive and told me same thing that they can give old box. There is not any fault from my end than why should I take old box. From the day one I am complaining about it and there is no response from there side. Today 20 days are over and I am unable to watch HD channels for which I have paid money to tata sky. Kindly register my complain against tata sky and arrange a new box for me

                                      I Neelesh.vajandar with id no [protected] have taken dhamal package and my monthly consumption is 240rs. it is been deducted 270pm and when contacted with them last month it was shifted to rs240. i have recharged rs 500 on 15 may and my next due date was 17 july . now next due date is showing on 8 july. i have contacted several times with the customer care persons and they had assured me the next due date will be changed but no result . i have not added any other extra channel also. so look into the matter and do the needful
