        Tata sky associate called me and took detailed information about the transaction. After confirmation they assured me that amount will be refunded within 7days. Finally on the eve of new year I got my money back. Thanks to Tata sky

              I had recharged my Tata Sky account with Rs 257 - on 20-dec-2020 through online payment. But my Tata Sky account was not credited So I had to recharge the amount again in my Tata Sky account. Request you to refund me back the Rs 257- which was deducted from my bank account on 20-dec-2020.

                    I have raise new connection on 19/11/2020 and done the online payment for installation and monthly package and later i got to know my society doesn't allow for installing DISH.
                    Hence i raise the cancelling of the connection.
                    But haven't received the refund on the same.

                      Dvb ssu loader update

                      It is showing from last 2.5 hours software updating and restarts from 0% from every 63%. Tata sky officials on helpline number are also not providing helpful reply. Even after several restarts it is not working. Its 3rd time in this 2020 year. Each time we have to give the technician visiting charges as well. My set up box id [protected]. Regd mob.no.                         I have ordered tatasky new connection from Amazon and Seller sent me the duplicate dish. When I approach customer service they are not responding and disconnected my call . TATASKY is doing cheating / fraud business in India. No clarity on dish yet.

                                Last date of recharge is 08/12/2020.
                                I recharge Rs 6180 for 12 months on 08/12/2020.One
                                Tv screen after talking to your assistant shows next recharge date is 29/12/2021.and other is showing 29/11/2021.But as per terms you are suppose to give one month credit . why this is not happening?

                                  No signal or blank screen for suntv, KTV and Sun network channels despite paying for them

                                  I dont understand how much bad tata sky broadcast is working for few paid channels like suntv, vijay, z tamil during the evening time (Prime time). We can see only blank screen. Despite master reset, reset tata sky box, power reset nothing seems to be working fine. While other free channels like 1546, madha channel, vijay super are working fine, why only this issue is happening for few channels?

                                  As above on[protected], Tata Sky PVR Set Top Box with a new connection was installed at my house at Agartala -799001 and from the day beginning, the set top box has not been functioning properly; after sometime run of the set top box picture goes off and takes start loading and as such we have been being unable to see the serials /programmes/ news without interruption / disruption ..

                                  2. So far I lodged more or above 60 complaints and requests to restore the system, but the Tata Sky technicians have failed to restore the system; they have informed me that the Tata Sky Head office is not providing them new PVR set top box to replace my said defective set- top box.

                                  3. In this connection refer the video about the picture goes off as above which I sent to the technician of Tata Sky's whatsapp number [protected] .

                                  4. As above I am not satisfied with the service of Tata Sky rather got a bitter experience about the Tata Sky and its service which should not be expected as per the statutes enshrined by the Government of India for the consumers.

                                  5. Till they do not do any needful to replace the defective PVR set-top box with a melted cell in the remote contained in an open box ( not in sealed pack) as provided by the staffs of Tata Sky, Agartala during installation of new connection at my house, Agartala on[protected] .

                                    Not receiving signal saying its raining outside but its sunny here

                                    Dear Sir / Madam,

                                    This is regarding my Tata Sky connection number [protected]. It is sunny and warm weather here in Mumbai and still when we switch on Tata Sky, it says that since it is raining outside, we are not able to show services. Signal is not catching. This problem is coming since last 3 days.
