Sir,

i am changing sd box to hd due change tv from normal tv to Smart TV.

but unfortunatly it shows sd box is better than hd box.
because sound and picture quality is better in normal tv with sd box but in smart tv picture and volume were not better with hd box.

except in selected hd channles all channels are not satisified with both sound and picture. in hd channels also sound not good, means we will increse maximum for some better sound.

ofcourse in normal tv with sd box is better then this hd box.

actually i am happy with TATASKY earlier, because of TATASKY is good in all subjects.

now it is clear TATASKY good only for Normal Tv with SD box only.

Sir,
today one person called from your TATASKY asked share my phone thorugh team viewer quick support for improvement of quality of picture and sound it should be recharged some amount. due to my phone network problem and other it will not happen.
if any chance please do it directly to my TATASKY account and deduct that amount from said account.

      My name is Uday and I’m currently staying in US. This is regarding Tata Sky account at my home in India.
      I tried to recharge for 1 year for 4, 300 rupees using my Amex credit card. But I see it got recharged with 43, 000.
      Only my mother stays in India. So she is not going to use that amount. I would like to update this transaction for 1 year or cancel the transaction. I can make a new transaction for 1 year.
      Please help me with this transaction.

      I tried to call customer care from the US but the call is failing. I don't have any other option other than email.
      I don't have the registered mobile number and I think the dealer used some number to register the account when we first got the connection.

        I did the payment of Rs.1641and the amount got deducted from my account and the payment was successful but there is no confirmation sms of installation or any details of subscriber id even after 48hrs and just got email of transaction on that day. On asking executives at toll free number they asked me to provide subscriber id without which they can't do anything. I explained them that I didn't receive such id. No support received by sending email at [protected]@tatasky.com

                I booked a new connection of Tata sky on 30th November 2020 with following details:

                Customer Name: Reshma Rajgopal
                Mobile No.: [protected]
                Email ID: [protected]@gmail.com

                I did the payment of Rs.1754 and the amount got deducted from my account and the payment was successful but there is no confirmation sms of installation or any details of subscriber id even after 48hrs and just got email of transaction on that day.                 I didn't get subscriber id that is what I am trying to say.. I just received email of payment that was successful, tata sky transaction Id and bank transaction id. Kindly check the screenshots above again. The mobile number used was [protected] which didn't get register in your system as per the customer care executives

                  This is to inform you that we are not satisfied with tata sky cable operator because they just providing 2 telugu christian channels even though there are many other telugu christian channels like neriskshana tv, calvary tv, life changing revival tv, bible wonders etc.we need other telugu christian channels too, i don't know why tata sky is showing such a varians between religious channels, because there lot number of Hinduism channels comparing to Telugu Christian channels, but however I hope Tata sky will resolve and add other Telugu Christian channels as soon as possible.because even normal cable operators are also providing all the channels, hope you understand and resolve it, thank you.

                    On 29/11/2020 at 8:20pm I recharged my Tata sky account with 281 Rupees but recharged failed and money was deducted from my bank account but no refund till now. So, I request Tata sky to resolve my issue and refund my money as soon as possible.

                            On Tuesday 24th November a Tata sky service person visited my home to install a new connection on my Tata sky ID [protected]. He charged me 350 rupees for replacing a part of my existing Tata sky box and after taking cash he installed a new box and without informing anyone took the working box and working remote back with him.

                                      The recharge was unsuccessful, but the money got deducted. The amount is still not credited to my account. Please help

                                        On 6th November 2020 I recharged my Tata sky account with sum of Rs 80 through Phonepe but that amount didn't credited. I made complain to Tata sky the same day. Towards tata sky it is said that in 7-10 working days that amount will reflect to source. But nothing happened which had said. Now tata sky is saying No any recharge has done and Phonepe saying transaction has successfully done. What can I do..?
