A offer shown in Tata sky app, in this offer if i recharge my Tata sky account with 12 month of amount of recharge with icici credit card, then i will received 2 month of rexharge amount as cashback in my tata sky account.
i recharged my account on 13 october with 12 month of recharge amount, which is 3144 rs. Now 7 working days over, but still i did not received my cashback amount.

    From day 1 of subscribing to Tata sky binge, have been facing issue with Tata sky binge remote very often. Keys doesn't work most of the time. On calling customer care, they denied replacing the remote instead told me to buy a new one which costs around Rs. 2000/-. I have been paying the amount without using the services provided.So I have decided to unsubscribe to the binge connectionn. They provide free subscription and loot the subscribers in other forms.

        I recharged Tata Sky on 17th Oct via UPI. Till 22nd, Neither my Tata. Sky account has been updated with Amount and got refunded to my account. Contacted Customer Care twice but they want me to contact UPI team and trying to convince that Money got struck with UPI. Once I contradicted, they disconnected the call. Tata Sky Customer Care is as Good as Dead.

        My Concern was not INR 188. My Concerns are follows:
        1. Misleading Guidance to Customer
        2. Rude Behaviour
        3. Account reconciliation Time (8 Days)
        4. Who was the custodian of my hard earned money for 8 days? If it was with Tata, then why haven't my account got recharged earlier.
        5. Why wasn't there a action when your accounts receives unserved funds?
        6. Whenever my balance goes down, your services got deactivated. What when I paid to Tata sky on time, still I was served with blank screen.
        7. Most importantly, How will be your team repay mental trauma and wastages of my time?

        *** That's not story of me but most of customers once in their lifetime.

        What are concrete steps taken by Tata Sky management to Avoid this in future?

        What if I wouldn't have complained to customer care? Tara's would have gone richer with my hard earned INR 188.

        Share full proof resolution of root cause problem that this wouldn't happen again with any of your customer.

        If you think that you are by refunding INR 188 has sorted my concern, then you are on wrong path.

            I am an avid customer of Tata Sky Bangalore. But whenever I have had issues regarding the cable, their customer service staff has never been a great help. So, when I started facing some connection problem, we went and inspected the dish by ourself. On inspection, we realized that somebody else's cable was attached to our dish and our's was connected to someone's abandoned dish. Such a fault connection can only happen if you're an expert. So, we called them but as usual, they were of no help. They were continuously telling that they were sorry about it. Moreover, they were asking for service charges for something that was a fault from their side. I hope this msg could change their behavior towards their existing customers. I want them to be as attentive to their old customers as they are when they want new customers.

                I have already spoken to tata sky
                Call center agent, once they say that the amt will be credited in 9 days in your account, and they have also told me that they cant do anything, follow up with the bank, when following up with the bank they r saying its tata skys fault.
                I made a payment of 782 rs on 14th Oct via UPI, which was unsuccessful, it directly debited from my ICICI account.

                    Visiting charges

                    We have subribed hd channels . But since last week we are not able to view hd channels all other channels are clear. On my complaining the same on helpline number, they demanded visiting charge of rs.150/- we argued as when all other channels are ok, the reason why visitng charges to be paid. We request you to help us in this matter...

                                    We have paid our annual subscription Rs.5160 on 9th oct. via e wallet to tata sky but till date we did not receive any receipt from them, they said that they not received the money while my money has already been deducted from my account. Kindly do needful ASAP

                                      On 10th august 2020 i recharged the DTH account with Rs.385.Tatasky said they did not receive it. On 12th August 2020 I recharged again by going through the site of Tatasky.My bank account shows two debits of Rs.385.My bank says the money has been remitted to Tatasky.But Tatasky is giving evasive replies
