I am an avid customer of Tata Sky Bangalore. But whenever I have had issues regarding the cable, their customer service staff has never been a great help. So, when I started facing some connection problem, we went and inspected the dish by ourself. On inspection, we realized that somebody else's cable was attached to our dish and our's was connected to someone's abandoned dish. Such a fault connection can only happen if you're an expert. So, we called them but as usual, they were of no help. They were continuously telling that they were sorry about it. Moreover, they were asking for service charges for something that was a fault from their side. I hope this msg could change their behavior towards their existing customers. I want them to be as attentive to their old customers as they are when they want new customers.
